I had a great experience with Jessica (the junior stylist). I had an appointment on Valentine’s Day and I left there feeling amazing, ready for my plans that day. I booked the “signature women’s haircut”, which included a hair mask + scalp massage and it was very relaxing. Jessica was very professional, kind, and left my hair feeling so shiny and healthier after. I would definitely recommend her and I will definitely be choosing her again next time I need a haircut.

I absolutely need a manager (not anymore actually she already contacted me and threatened me, but I recorded it!) or the hair stylist Alexis to reach out and fix this… I’m not upset but extremely disappointed I paid $600 and tipped 20 percent to have 6 different colors in my hair I get it was New Year’s Eve and Alexis was running out of time, but I don’t see me being able to leave back home with this kind of work. I asked for 2 inches to be taken off and 90 layers with a lot of dimension and face framing. I got absolutely none of that. I cried the second I came home because of how much hair I saw fall off my head and onto Alexis’s brush. The inspo pics are nothing like what I walked out with. She didn’t let me touch it when I left so I didn’t see just how bad it was. I asked for 90s layers

I had a bang trim adjustment with Sarah Lopez yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She was incredibly patient, really listened to my concerns, and was very mindful of my sensitivity. My bangs had been cut too short by another stylist, and I honestly thought I would have to wait a month or more for them to grow out before they looked good again. Somehow, she transformed them into a chic, elegant style that I absolutely love. What impressed me most is how she styled them so beautifully that the part line between my hair and bangs is no longer visible, which makes the whole look feel much more polished and sophisticated. Sylvia was great. She did a good job on my hair and gave me lots of suggestions for what products I need and how to style my hair. She also had a product ready for me which addressed my frizzy fly away issues. Happy with my service.
