Impressive first experience at Telo Labs! Aubrey is super sweet and the front desk. She goes above and beyond to be helpful including checking me in and honoring my holiday coupon via real estate. I had the Confidence booster with Hayley and she’s wonderful. I will absolutely be back since the spa is chic and in line with my brand, so will recommend to my clients as well :)

Telo Labs is a gem, a lovely, super-clean, efficient skin treatment and body toning spa, on hip University Place below 14th Street. I had what they call The Fortifier (EMS Body Toning). It seems to work. It heats and contracts stomach muscles and is better than hours of crunches at the gym. Hayley is sympathetic and attentive and gives you your money's worth. And I love my No-Sun baseball cap.

I had the best experience at Telo Labs. They are so kind and professional - it was possibly the best facial experience I’ve had in the city! I love that Hayley is a nurse practitioner - it makes such a difference having a medical professional doing a laser facial safely and effectively. I will absolutely be back!

The space itself is beautiful and relaxing, and the owner, Ilan was incredibly warm and welcoming. You can feel the passion and thoughtfulness behind every detail of the experience.
