Dropped by today and Eva gave me one of the best styles I’ve ever had. I didn’t have to wait, the service is excellent. Eva truly has talent and I am so happy with my cut. I will definitely come back again!

Wow!! I just got a great haircut, and I got to pet Jack, all in one place!!! Eva's skills are top notch, and she speaks Croatian too!! It's a very welcoming place and you don't need an appointment. Well worth any wait 💚

Horrible customer service. First of all, I understand that I did not have an appointment. After going to another salon that did not cut my hair evenly, I kindly asked if anyone could service me. It wasn’t much but still the lady proceeded to not only ignorantly tell me no, she also, laughed in my face with her male co-worker. I found that to be very disrespectful and humiliating at the same time. I was only asking IF she was available and IF she could fix my hair. I did not ask to feel like a joke. “Every salon has to fix an error they made free of charge” she said. As a matter of fact, I knew this but I didn’t want it to be shorter than what it already was. I just wanted my hair to be even. Based on customer service I would NEVER recommend or use this salon myself.

I really wanted to try this place considering all the wonderful reviews. I called the other day and ask if I could just do a wash and blow dry. What I got was an angry Eva saying, "No, no! I don't do that!" It sounded like she was in an argument before she even got to the phone. I haven't even met or done any services with her and she appears to be snarky. No thanks. I'll go somewhere else.
