I came in last night to get my nails done, and I wasn’t happy with the result, partly due to my natural nail shape so it wasn’t just tech error. I called the next morning because I was unhappy and they told me to come in. I worked with Kevin who was fantastic. Not only did he give me a new set that I absolutely love, but he was super kind and only charged me a small fee because I completely changed the shape of the nail, which I thought was fair. I will definitely be coming back. Kevin is a fantastic artist and wonderful with customers. Thanks again, Kevin!!

I have went to Eva Nails & Spa twice and it was a pleasurable experience. The owner Kevin is amazing and professional. He is very knowledgeable regarding the services they offer and a talented nail technician. My nails came out beautiful as well as my pedicure. The establishment is extremely clean and each employee has tremendous customer service skills. They work well as a team which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. They have also gone to great lengths to accommodate the Covid-19 requirements. Your temperature is taken upon entering, you are asked to wash your hands, everything is sanitized, and each guest is spaced 6 feet apart. Eyelash extensions, after my extensions I lost almost all of my eyelashes. It was horrible! I appreciate your response however, why would I continue with extensions when my natural lashes were affected. They are now very short and sparse. I’ve gotten extensions in the past and never had this problem.

I've seen this place when I'm on my lunch break so I thought I'd get a gel manicure since Halloween is coming up. I asked for black with a silver glitter top coat on all except my ring fingers wherr I wanted to have spider webs. The nail tech did a beautiful job and I really love them a lot. In addition to the nice paint job, my nails were filed nicely and shaped just how I like them. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much!!!
