Amazing! I have been going there for over a year now and I'm always very happy with my visit and the process. Shelby walks me though everything she is going to do. Also what help me with what I should try to did after in appointment for better results. Shelby was so helpful and talked to me so I didn't think about the waxing. She also helps me on what in need to do for myself for better results. And the other are very nice and helpful. I also hated shaving and I will never go back. I'm not going lie it does hurt, it feels like a rubber band when it slaps your skin but less hair growth and no or less irritation bumps and does feel amazing. I recommend anyone to try it out but try more then one time and see the difference for yourself. Thank you Shelby and everyone for your team. You all are

Shelby was able to take me as a last min appointment! She was so nice and so friendly and could talk to her like she’s been one of my friends for years! She made me feel so comfortable and was very detailed oriented. I will definitely be back to see her!

Brooklyn is absolutely phenomenal. I never thought I’d walk out of a wax session saying I give it a 5/5 but truly this girl deserves it. Can’t wait to go back and see her again!

The customer service at this location is unmatched! The front desk is always smiling and helpful, and Malia gave me the best wax I’ve ever had. She explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. I've been to several EWCs in the past and highly recommend the York center as they are the cleanest, most upbeat and professional location I've visited. Thank you ladies!!

Malia was very professional. She was super gentle but also made sure that each area was spotless. She set a very calm environment and I will definitely be seeing her again for my next wax.
