Lauren is truly the only technician I trust with my brows. She gives me the attention I deserve every single visit and genuinely listens to what I’m asking for. She designs my brows so they perfectly complement my face shape, and she always chooses the exact right tint to match my hair color, it’s spot on every time. I’ve seen other technicians in the past, but no one compares to Lauren’s skill, consistency, and care. On top of that, our casual conversations make the experience feel relaxing and personal, it really feels like being pampered, not rushed. If you’re serious about your brows, Lauren is the best there is. I won’t go to anyone else.

Great first time experience here! I recently moved and have had a hard time finding a place that does my eyebrows well. Lashawn did amazing and I will be back! She went the extra mile to mix a tint that worked for my eyebrow color and kept the shape exactly how I wanted. Iyanna was also fantastic at the front desk, making sure all my questions were answered and making scheduling super smooth. Glad I finally found this place!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Morgan. From start to finish, she was incredibly gentle, patient, and kind. She made me feel completely comfortable and reassured every step of the way. As someone who is heavily pregnant and hadn’t been waxed in quite some time, I was honestly nervous—but Morgan’s care, professionalism, and calming presence truly meant the world to me. She took her time, checked in with me often, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the entire appointment. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed or judged. i had a really great experience here at this wax center. Hermella was very helpful when it came to booking my next appointment and looking for better deals for me. she was very sweet! My wax specialist, Lauryn was also supper sweet, she heard me rant about my terrible ex while she doing her job. she was very gentle and precise- barely any pain compared to other places. i would definitely recommend booking with Lauryn!
