European Wax Center

I had a session at the West Hartford European Wax Center for the first time today. It was spectacular! My aesthetician, Mary Anne, provided excellent service -- and was friendly and kind. On top of that, Daj, the Center's Manager, was SO nice, welcoming, helpful, and all around awesome! She had all my information from my previous center up and available when I entered. She provided me with great information about new packages. And, she just went above and beyond to help me feel appreciated as a customer, welcomed to this new location, and like a member of their community. Daj made it a completely happy experience and started my day off perfectly. HIGHLY recommend this Center. I will be back and will be excited!

The staff is very kind and helpful. They make sure to tell you about all specials they have and give you the best deal available without you having to ask. Genesis is very kind and listens to what you are saying to her. ❤️ I definitely recommend her, and her breath did not stink. Nothing worst than someone doing your eyebrows and their breath is just not right lol. The West Hartford location is great...

Kaleigh (Kae) was absolutely phenomenal. This was only my second time getting waxed and it barely hurt! She was polite, fun to talk to, and most importantly, put me totally at ease. She had great recommendations and instructions for after care and maintenance in between sessions too.

It was my very first time going to European wax center and when i say it was very nice, Samantha came out and welcome me and she did an amazing job, she’s very talented and very friendly, she was communicating and we had a good laugh i will continue going back there! I will recommend anybody to go here the service was 10/10
