I don't usually leave reviews, and I don't usually consider asking for a specific specialist when I go to EWC, but Sulema has changed my mind on both! Honestly wished I had brought more cash with me by the time I left, she was super thorough, neat, and nice! Highly recommend :)

Book with Shay! I recently changed Estheticians/Wax Specialists and was nervous about starting anew. Shay was warm, welcoming, professional and pleasant from the beginning and throughout the process. She was very meticulous about the hair removal process and went over her work thoroughly. The process was quick, comfortable and reassuring of what my service was for. Her length of professional experience shows in her confidence and execution. She even recommended products that would best serve my maintenance needs. Sulema is fantastic. I will always try to make sure I have her for my Brazilian waxes. She is so sweet, professional, and talks you through tricky spots so they are never painful. She always checks in to make sure I’m doing good. I’ve been getting Brazilians for almost a year and she is the best.

I stay in Thomasville, ga… My appointment was in Tallahassee,fl Blair St. locations…. Not only did they call me at almost 11am, when my appointment was at 12pm, and ask me to come at 11:45… Gps has you do a u-turn to give you the run around… I was 14 minutes late… Also remind you, I am a 1st time customer… The clerk addressed that they called me to come earlier, since I didn’t get there earlier and I got lost, they couldn’t take me until 5… I really just thought this was poor customer service! I won’t try them again! Smh…. Worst waxing experience I have ever had!👎🏾

I have been getting waxed for years and always get nervous when I have to try someone new. I was shocked, Davi did not leave a single hair on me and really took the time to make sure I left completely smooth! The staff was very nice as well and able to get me in for a last minute appointment, didn’t seem annoyed that I came in towards the end of the day like some other salons do. Thank you ladies!
