Lady (La'Dynasty) was great. She made me feel comfortable for our first service together and I look forward to her being my new specialist! This specialist did stay in the room with me while I got undressed and dressed, which has never happened anywhere before, but surprisingly it didn’t bother me too much given that she would be seeing my entire body anyway. This part may or may not be uncomfortable for some people, but you could always just ask for her to step out if you’d still prefer to have her as your specialist. I am highly satisfied with both services provided by Lady! The receptionist was also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I wish I got her name!

Kiara is one of the most amazing specialists I’ve encountered to date. She’s always so welcoming and professional. Offering a lil bit of herself, which makes my anxiety decrease. Kiara’s been a great safe space and her professionalism is unmatched! She’s the reason I continue with European Wax Ridgeland.

First and foremost, let me say that the booking process seems fairly easy when making a reservation online. The amount of reminders and confirmations you receive is great as well. Upon entering the building I was greeted in a very friendly way. The area was nice and clean and my appointment started on time. When it comes to the process of the waxing, I was not pleased. First, it was extremely cold in the back oppose to the front where it was warm and heated. Second, the temperature of the wax was a great temperature, however the process of removing the wax was not to my liking at all! I don’t know if this is just the standard of "European Wax Center" but it’s definitely not a standard I can settle for. When it comes to waxing, especially that area, some areas are more sensitive than others
