I have attended twice to this location. The staff is very kind. Nadine did my waxing both times and... I cannot recommend her enough. She makes the process comfortable and effortless. Professional, super sweet and has incredible energy.

I had an amazing Brazilian appointment at European Wax Center with Sybille, and I can’t recommend her enough. She was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very skilled at what she does, which instantly put me at ease. Her customer service was exceptional—professional, warm, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. Sybille took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made what can be an uncomfortable service feel surprisingly comfortable and stress-free. This was truly a top-tier experience, and I will absolutely be booking with her again!

I've been seeking a place that specializes in waxing. I came across EWC on Google and decided to give them a try. For my first visit, I just did facial waxing to check them out (eyebrows and chin) and it was great. Jasmine did a great job with the waxing and my face feels great afterwards. Also, the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Informative and super helpful! On top of that, since it was my first time, the eyebrow waxing was free! Thank you EWC. Zuleny has been my aesthetician for the past few months now. She always does great work on me and I like our small talk. Yesterday, however, she asked me three times if I wanted any other services. I politely declined. The reason this kind of annoys me is that 1.) getting waxed is a luxury for me. I’m not made of money. I go when I can. 2.) I’m paid bi-weekly so I have to be extra careful with money. I cannot afford multiple services during one visit. I understand upselling, but when a client declines more than once, please stop. Lastly, I really didn’t like the receptionist’s demeanor at all. I assumed she’s new because I’ve never seen her before nor did I get her name. Nadine was fabulous. I would definitely book with her again; she put me at ease (first appt), she was very efficient and just the right level of ‘chatty’. The premises were lovely and the receptionist was welcoming and knowledgeable.
