I had an excellent experience with Montana at European Wax Center. She was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Montana is incredibly thorough, gentle, and clearly knows what she’s doing—everything was clean, efficient, and well-explained. She has a calm, confident energy that makes the whole experience easy and stress-free. I’ll absolutely be booking with her again and highly recommend asking for Montana if you’re coming here.

Krystle is seriously the best. She is so sweet, kind, and welcoming, and she instantly makes you feel comfortable. I had stopped waxing for a little while, but once I met her, I started again and haven’t looked back. She creates such a relaxed, judgment-free environment and truly cares about her clients. I also have to shout out Gabby at the front desk — she was so bubbly, outgoing, and welcoming, and she was extremely informative about the products. Jen is just as amazing as well, always helpful and knowledgeable. The whole team makes the experience even better. I can’t recommend this place enough!

First time getting a wax here and I had the best experience ever with my wax specialist Krystle she slayed and fixed my eyebrows. I’ll definitely be back and continue my wax journey with Krystle at European wax center in Norwalk.

Krystal is so kind and makes you feel very comfortable. She'll explain the process and will answer any questions you have. I'm so glad she's always there, I wouldn't want to see anyone else. She definitely knows what she's doing and the process doesn't take too long. I purchased a package because of herand I'm glad I did.

I always have a fast and pleasant experience at European Wax Center in Norwalk. This past time was no exception and my specialist Michelle was extra awesome. She was fun and engaging while also being precise and did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. They've never looked better!
