I got my first Brazilian from Jalisa and she was AMAZING!!!! She also did my upper lip and underarms. I love how she talked about what she was doing and how I should position myself. She was so sweet and has a lovely presence. She is wonderful and I HIGHLY recommend her, especially if it’s your first time. Definitely making her my waxer for now on!

I had my **first-ever waxing experience at European Wax Center and it was amazing! I was honestly nervous walking in, but the front desk staff were so warm and welcoming that I immediately felt at ease. The space was spotless, bright, and very professional, which made a huge difference for a first-timer. My wax specialist ACELA,was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process step by step, checked in on my comfort level, and gave great tips for before and aftercare. Her technique was quick and gentle, and she made what I expected to be a scary experience feel totally manageable.

Went on tuesday for the first time and Keke took care of my needs. Made sure I was comfortable and educated on products. We talked and laughed. She will definitely be the reason I go back. I already have my next appointment booked. So thank you Keke your the best.

Lexi is an amazing specialist! I have been getting waxed for 5+ years and have seen many many people, she is the best. She treats you with professionalism, has good bedside manner & is thorough In her work. 10/10 see Lex!!

Absolutely love Alexus at the New Braunfels Creekside location! So easy to talk to and makes you feel more comfortable and talks you through everything step by step whether you’re a newbie or have had experience with waxing. Such a genuine person and so pretty!
