Jeddany stabbed the inside of my nose, breaking the skin and causing it to bleed. The bleeding lasted for quite a while and was still ongoing after I got home. Instead of apologizing for the incident, she told me I did not have to book with her again if I didn't want to. And she said that in front of Lenore who was at the front desk. We did not complete the service. Lenore said she messaged the manager and told me they would contact me, but I never heard back. The lack of follow up from someone and lack of professionalism from Jeddany was upsetting.

Great place ! Great service! I had an appointment a few days ago and my Gold ring slipped off my finger in the room and I didn’t notice , I was walking out the door and Ana came out to return it to me !!! I appreciate her!!

I’ve been going to Erika for over a year and she’s a great! Very personable and professional, I highly recommend. She’s kind and fun, and a joy to see each visit.
