She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely comfortable, and ensured the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I had Emily yesterday as my waxer and she made the experience priceless and pain-free in how kind and warming she is to be in company of while getting hair ripped out. Her personality and presence is worth more than the 5 stars I'm only allotted to pick to give her. The check in young lady was also awesome and accommodating and helped make everything go smoothly and quickly knowing I was on a time crunch. Great experience with those to amazing young ladies their worth more than 5 stars they limited me to giving them. Keep shining beautiful souls of the world it needs your light! Cassie is warm and welcoming, she also helped me find the best deals. Evan is kind. Janeese is a great wax specialist and had me done quickly and even added the extras I didn’t think I’d have time for. Janeese also guided me to the best products that already have me feeling the difference. Even the employees who passed by did so with a smile and kindness. Overall I had a great experience.
