From start to finish she made sure I was relaxed and happy. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Can’t wait to book again!

Jasmine is the best! She’s super professional, gentle, and makes the whole waxing experience comfortable. On top of that, she’s very down to earth and easy to talk to. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for great service!

I called last Monday, before the 30 day mark for my wax pass to cancel. I was told that a manager was not there so a form would be submitted and the wax pass would be cancelled the next day. No payment came out of my account so I believed that it was cancelled. Six days later, a charge for $153 came out of my account. I immediately called and spoke with the manager. I explained that a form was filled out and that she was supposed to cancel my wax pass. She apologized and advised that it would be cancelled and I would be refunded. That was at 10am. I called back around 5:15pm to check in the make sure it was cancelled. The manager advised that she was busy and had not gotten around to cancellations but she would have my refund processed before 6pm at close of business for the day. I checked

Yesterday was my second time getting a wax and I booked with Jada again. She's always very kind and knows how to hold a conversation and keep you comfortable, and she did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back!

I went for the first time on Saturday. My appointment was changed from one person to the next which was fine. My appointment then started 30 minutes after it was supposed to. The next day I saw that my skin under my eyebrow was ripped. I sent them photos just so that they were aware and no one responded.
