Everything went so good with my appointment and I appreciate the attention to detail! Huge shout out to Macy at the front desk. She was super kind and I really appreciated her communication and help with products.! She made the Checking in & A booking appointments very Helpful and & fun 🤍🙂

Rachel was absolutely awesome! It was my first time doing bikini line, and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was quick, efficient and very thorough! I really liked her. She was also very sweet and had great client rapport! Would definitely ask for her next time.

Jen was wonderful to work with. She was friendly and walked me through each step as she was doing it. Very detailed and made sure I was happy with everything when finished. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Jen.

Ive had a wax service at this company at a different location and was extremely satisfied. But I would never go back to this one, or at least the woman I saw. It was FAR from a clean, complete wax (brazillian), left with wax in various places, hair not waxed and she did not listen to what I wanted. She didn't even know what kind of wax I paid for or what we were doing.

Jen is very tedious and detailed and fast. I love her. The receptionist also had a very angry customer yelling in her face for over five minutes and she kept her cool and handled it.
