Went and seen Tiana today for a Brazilian. I always have gone to EW but had different girls off and on, but today i got paired with her and she was amazing! I found my new wax girl! All the little areas that had been missed in the past she got without me having to even show her she knew exactly what i wanted. I would recommend her to all my friends! 💪🏽

I have been a loyal client. I have been so understanding any time the tech is running behind schedule and the center needing to close early because of being short staffed. They cancelled on me one afternoon right before my appointment (I was on my way) because the front office girl had a scheduling conflict. I have record of it in my text. I have also waited 10-15 minutes to see my tech for various reasons - her wax wasn’t warm, her appointment was running long, someone added services mid appointment, the prior appointment showed up late. I have never been frustrated as life happens. However, today I was a few minutes late and the same understanding was not reciprocated. I was late because of holiday traffic on 12300 South.
