First time getting waxed and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Leilani was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and was very professional the entire time. I was nervous going in, but her calm energy and confidence instantly put me at ease.She was gentle, thorough, and checked in throughout to make sure I was okay. The space was clean, welcoming, and well organized. I walked out feeling great and honestly wondering why I waited so long to do this. If it’s your first time or you’re just looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Leilani is the one. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back!

McKenna was WONDERFUL. She put my mind at ease. I am 62 yrs old and had only had my whole face waxed once over 15 yrs ago. She explained the process in detail and made it a very comfortable experience. I am looking forward to many repeat visits as well as trying some of the different services that are offered

Honestly! I dreaded and even feared a wax due to past experiences. I will only go to EWC because the type of wax they use is great and the technicians are all very skilled. You really cannot go wrong with any technician. I want to call out Karlee over at the Denton location. She is a kind and sweet gal but also quick and left my skin clean. Great attitude and great skills, book with her!

I went yesterday to get my eyebrows shaped/cleaned up and tinted. I saw Leilani and she was fantastic. Great customer service, attention to detail, was gentle and great listening to my needs for my brows. My brows look wonderful and already booked my next appointment to go back.
