Mary is the absolute sweetest, love my sessions with her! Doesn’t rush the process and is very tedious. If you’re looking for a waxer book with Mary! I like that she’s not red level so my sessions never feel rushed and after each rip she applies slight pressure so it feels much better and doesn’t hurt as bad!! My schedule is hectic so I have to rebook often and she’ll always get me in.

I saw Kendra yesterday for my waxing appointment, and she was absolutely amazing! Even though I arrived a little late, she remained courteous, patient, and incredibly attentive to my needs. Kendra made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire service. I’m so happy to have her as my aesthetician, and I will definitely be returning—she’s my go-to stylist from now on! Highly recommend!

My wax tech Kendra is amazing. She is professional and extremely patient and knowledgeable. My experience with the manager however was very disappointing. I showed up for my appointment, after the receptionist called me 3 times earlier that day, I was never told that the person I booked was unavailable and that there was no time to complete the services I requested. A complete disregard for my time. I expressed my frustration and the managers response left me feeling not valued as a client. Honesty would have been much appreciated.
