European Wax Center

I had a very good experience with the European Wax center of West Ashley. When you come in the place is bright and clean. You are greeted by the receptionist. She looks like she enjoys working there and that put me at ease. I was asked if I completed a pre-registration, for my ID and if I needed to use the restroom. The restrooms are super clean and brightly lit. As I was leaving the restroom, my tech (Ashlyn) was waiting to escort me to the room. This was my first time having any wax experience done. I got the bikini Brazilian wax and the underarm wax service. I informed Ashlyn that this was my first time and I was a little bit nervous. She assured me and told me to go ahead and undressed. She started with the underarms first and it wasn't painful. I don't even think that it took 5 minute

I've always had a great experience here! I've used many different waxers in the past and Ashlyn is hands down the best. I never feel like I'm being rushed through the service. She is very thorough and you can see that in the results! She also does super fast and clean pulls which really goes a long way towards minimizing my discomfort.

I have been going to the EWC all 4 years of undergrad. Super friendly staff and very welcoming. Brandi is amazing; very friendly/fun to talk to about literally anything! She is an excellent waxer, she makes sure everything looks good and makes to ask if theres anything she can do better/fix for her guests! I recently moved to NJ and was visiting CHS for the holidays and I made an appointment just to see Brandi, I really only trust her! Love this place!

Eliza was the BEST ever. I am 53 and have been waxing for YEARS! Eliza has an amazing personality and a fantastic skill for waxing. Hands down the best experience! Whatever she is being paid she deserves double. I live in Va but would consider coming down to see her! She is FANTASTIC

Abbi has been my waxer at EWC for the past 2 years! She makes me feel comfortable, she always tried to relive the heart as best as possible, it doesn’t hurt at much as waxing usually does. She always has a great attitude. Alexis from front desk is so great too! She always helps me find the perfect time for my schedule. The staff at EWC from James island are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it!
