Becca (Rebecca) (sp) Don't ever play with my intelligence!! I called at 1145a inquiring about your late policy. You stated it was 9 minutes which is exactly what it reads online. I expressed that I was working and just got an important call but would ensure I call you back if I was "unable" to make my 12p appointment. I called you at 12p as I was running out my door and let you know I was in route. I arrived at 1209p and you stated I could no longer be seen because I was late. I have NO words! I am considering reaching out to corporate to have my prepaid plans canceled and refunded. Do better! 3/2: I was there at 1209p and that is my problem!!! I also asked if she could do just ONE of my two services booked which should've maybe taken 5-10 minutes!!! Again, do better! The services I reque

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was nervous for my appointment, but Jocelynn was so patient and kind to me, and made the whole experience as comfortable for me as possible. She did an amazing job and I will be back to see her again every month. I highly recommend her to anyone who is new to waxing or just looking for a new wax specialist.

I have been going to European Wax Center for a little while now. Just recently I have started seeing Jocylnn. She is nothing short of professional and really does a great job. She is very thorough and her results are fantastic. I will keep coming back. Thank you Joclynn!
