Cassandra is the BEST!!! I walked in there recovering from a really bad wax job, the lady took off nearly took off 1/2 of one of my eyebrows. Cassandra talked professionally and explained how long and what she was going to do to get them back to “normal”. Well she did just that- it took a few wax appointments to get back to normal but she did!!!! I’m so grateful for Cassandra and she has definitely made me a client for life.

Cassandra was fantastic. My eyebrows were a mess and she met the challenge for sure! She explained what she as going to do next through each step which I value while laying there with my eye closed waiting for incoming pain of hot waxed being ripped off

First time I visit European wax center in porter square and loved this unique experience. Cassandra is amazing and professional for waxing . And the most important thing I’ve noticed is the cleanliness of the place . Something we miss nowadays in most beauty salon . Great job everyone. 🩷

Excellent appointment; I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and called back quickly by my wax specialist Cassandra. Cassandra was professional, kind, very skilled, and gentle. It was virtually painless! My eyebrows look great A++.

Edit/Update: I will not return. After posting (below) by the next morning, may face was completely broken out! I had tons of tiny whiteheads and res bumps all over my face. (I had a full face wax) It took days to heal. I basically had to cancel my plans outside the home because my face looked so terrible. My first visit and I was impressed! The place was so clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Chanda was amazing!! Can’t wait to return soon.
