I had the opportunity to meet with Leila and Lexi last night.. THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR MY FIRST BRAZILIAN WAX! Leila at the front desk was so welcoming. I truly felt invited in. Her customer service skills are top notch and as I waited for my appt, she took time to educate me on waxing, different services, and to comfort me as this was my first wax. With her kind words, I felt more relaxed and less nervous. Awesome work. Lexi is incredible!! Her personality and smile made my experience even better. I felt as if I was talking to one of my friends. She moved quickly and I was out in no time. I will definitely be back with her again. Thank you ladies!!!!

Lauren at European Wax Center was absolutely amazing! She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly and was very thorough. The space was clean and welcoming, and Lauren’s attention to detail really showed. I left feeling confident and super happy with my results.
