I have been a loyal customer for years, buying expensive passes because their sales team explicitly promised that long-term use would lead to thinner hair and less regrowth. That was a lie. After years of consistent payments and appointments, there has been zero difference. Now that I’ve realized the service doesn't work as advertised and want to stop, they are refusing to refund my remaining prepaid sessions. They took my money based on false marketing claims and are now holding it hostage. This business relies on misleading customers about results and trapping them in contracts. Avoid at all costs.

The team at the Cambridge street location is always kind and welcoming. My waxer Julianne is the absolute best. Not only are her services phenomenal but she is so friendly that you feel at ease during an appointment and they go by quickly!
