Editing my review 2/25: BEWARE of this location.. The turnover rate is terrible. Very clearly shows they do not care about their employees or customers. Getting refunds on very expensive packages is nearly impossible. SO happy that I found Lauren and was able to continue seeing her for my waxes a smaller local spa instead of giving my money to this greedy chain. Lauren is the absolute BEST! She’s quick, friendly, and makes the whole process so comfortable and virtually painless. You can immediately tell she has years of experience and it shows in her skill and efficiency. I've been seeing her every 4 weeks since I found her and I wouldn’t want to see anyone else for my waxing now - I highly recommend seeing Lauren if you're looking for your forever waxer!

It was my first time there. Ana, my waxer was SO GREAT. She took time with me not making me feel rushed, she did an immaculate job and provided education which I appreciate so much. I will be going back to see Ana. Thank you!

Madeleine is wonderful!! My waxing experience has been painless. She's is fast, calm, thorough and most importantly makes you feel comfortable at each visit. Every visit has been a great experience. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love seeing Katherine every time I go here! Greeted with a smile, she easily became my go to wax specialist! She is such a great person with only good energy and truly makes the experience at European Wax Center worth it 100 times over!

Ana did fantastic she got everything including all the little hairs that are stubborn and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole wax and she is extremely knowledgeable and recommended some great products!
