Wanted to give 1 star but the technicians are great they deserve a 5 star so I will do 3 stars, but unfortunately I had a one star experience with a receptionist (white lady with a skin colored mole next to her nose and red-ish hair)!! The technicians are great. I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred during checkout at your location on Friday 02/20/2026 around 2:55pm. The receptionist told me I had no wax passes left. I showed her an email dated February 6 confirming I had one pass remaining. My last appointment was January 10, when I was also told I had one pass left. She insisted it was likely a glitch and said I would need to pay and seek a refund later. After several minutes of back and forth, during which she was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful and condesce

I went to European Wax Center for the first time on Sunday January 4th to get my eyebrows waxed. The atmosphere was so warm and relaxing. All the customer service staff at the front desk were professional and welcoming. My technician Kaisee who did my eyebrow waxing is beyond professional, she did a fantastic job! I will definitely book my next appointment with Kaisee for my next visit. I’m very impressed with European Wax Center.

I’ve always gone to the European Wax Center in Annapolis for my Brazilians. The specialist I used to see every time unfortunately no longer works there, so I’ve been trying others. I was waxed by Noelle recently and absolutely loved how fast, efficient, and personable she was — highly recommend her! Today I booked last-minute with any available specialist and I believe my appointment was with Shereika. Unfortunately, I came home with quite a bit of leftover wax in areas, which has never happened to me here before. There were also patches of hair left behind, which was disappointing. She may be wonderful for other services, but personally I wouldn’t recommend her for Brazilians. Overall, I’ve had great experiences here. It’s consistently quick, clean, and well-run

Kaisee at Annapolis EWC is the sweetest! She’s always on time, makes you completely comfortable and does an excellent job. I hope she stays here, I would’t want to go to anyone else. Front desk staff is also super friendly, no pushy sales tactics, and know their stuff.

This was my third time going to Lexi, and she’s fantastic! She always makes me feel comfortable, is super friendly, and gets everything done quickly. Also, shout out to the front desk team! They are always welcoming, friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend!
