We absolutely love the selection of beds to choose from and my favorite, the red light therapy. All the girls have been extremely helpful, but wanted to give a personal shout out to Jenevieve! She’s always there to help us with any questions we have.. EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’ve loved this location for the variety of bed options they have, their cleanliness, and most of the time the friendliness. My last couple of visits have not been the same experience. I pay for a monthly pass, and I have my own lotion. But now every time I go in, I feel like I’m in a sales pitch and I’m being pressured to buy one of their overpriced lotions. As much as I can understand that upsells is what drives your business, it’s being pushed down our throats a little too much. Please coach your staff to understand when a customer says no, they mean no and to back off. They’re being a little too pushy and is not creating the best experience for your customers.

Jenevieve and Sydney are awesome, I love seeing them when I go in. I’ve had a membership for about 5 years and these two girls have been my favorite. Very knowledgeable and so sweet. The only thing I don’t like are the Friday-Sunday hours.

Jenevieve & Maria are the cutest and sweetest girls! 💗 they both make sure my tan and my glow are always on point! They give the best recommendations for me! I highly recommend going and talking to these two girls, your tan will look amazing!

I recently experienced some credit card fraud issues, and the staff—along with the owner—were incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. Their willingness to assist truly showed how much they value their customers. Beyond the outstanding service, the quality of their beds is exceptional, and their lotions are top-notch as well. The atmosphere is always warm, welcoming, and friendly. If you’re considering going elsewhere, I highly recommend giving them a try first—it’s absolutely worth your time.
