Horrible experience. Emanuel Cut my ear. Had blood dripping. He was trying to down play it. Then I asked for the mirror and he snatched it out my hand. Then during the hair wash he pushed me off the chair from the back of my neck.

I’m very particular about my hair and I’ve always been very selective about barbers. I’ve gone to quite a few all over LA over the years. I started coming to Randy probably 7 years ago and I quickly stopped going anywhere else. He’s hands down the best barber in LA. The time, focus and attention to detail is unmatched..which is important to me. The etiquette space is incredible. I usually get my haircut with Randy. Unfortunately I made an appointment for Saturday the 19th thinking I had made it for the 12th. When I showed up on the 12th I was surprised to see Randy wasn’t there. Once Jase realized what had happened he went out of his way to help me out. He offered to cut my hair at the end if his shift and did a fantastic job. At every step of the way he made sure I was satisfied. The haircut was perfect and I was more impressed by his attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
