The worst experience ever. I see why they have no clients after seeing employees sitting in the back on their phones, watching TikTok because they have no customers. Chair 2 is the worst and the rudest nail tech I ever seen. He was pulling on my nails when I asked him, "Can you do something? He got upset and spoke aggressively to me. I asked him to file my nails done and his response was do you want me to do your nails or not?" I will take them all off". They have no clients; they charge you for every little thing, even to file your nails a little bit. My nails were crooked etc 100 percent Would not recommend this place to anyone!

REAL REVIEW: The time you walk in, theres a bunch of women seated staring at you until you either sit down or walk away. You have to speak up to the customers and ask who’s next in line for a service you’re wanting theres no professionalism here. I went here for my eyebrows about 2 days ago because they do real good tinting and was literally here 2pm-6pm waiting for eyebrow tinting.. Unprofessional, unsanitary and dirty. I would be embarrassed to recommend anyone to go here.

My real lashes are gone and they were trimmed and cut during the application. Not only did they cut some of my natural lashes off the lashes were so hard to take off (I got a strip not clusters). Very painful while I wore them hence why I had to get them off. I believe they use hair glue. The lady also did my eyebrows uneven before tint and the tint came off during my shower now my eyebrows look crazy. Had I just got a brow wax I would have been so much better off. Never going back save your money!

They're very disorganized and a bit unsanitary. I didn't see anyone wash their hands or use sanitizer between clients. That's not to say they don't do, I just didn't witness it personally. I love how my eyebrows turned out and I appreciate their affordable pricing in an industry where everyone else overcharges. I do not like the glue used to adhere the lashes. Its hard and I think it may be glue used to hair tracks. Had I known, I likely wouldn't have gotten lashes. I haven't experienced other lash technicians using this kind of glue. Overall, you get what you pay for at this place.

THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE. THE 3.6 RATING IS NOT! Unfortunately my experience was ruined after receiving good customer service from the pedicure and eyebrow sections. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Go somewhere else, it's a plethora of shops in the area. The single star reviews are spot on. I'm here on a business trip and this shop was recommended by someone who lives here and works in downtown Orlando, so the drive was pretty far. I will advise her not to send anymore people to this location. I pay for what I want and tip well so I expect good customer service. Whoever the owner is needs to know that he is definitely NOT a good fit for building clientele... if the goal is to build the shop's clientele. PRO: The older lady with a distinct beauty marking on her chin did my pedicure. The young
