My lash lift with Rosemary was great. However when I went to cash out, the other blonde woman working took care of me. She was telling another customer that the receptionist wasn't in so she was taking care of people. I had a $75 gift card I was going to use, this was my first time here. When I went to pay the difference of $15 the woman told me they cannot charge a credit card for less than $20. I told her I did not have cash, I then asked if I could put a tip on the credit card to bring the balance above $20 to which she told me no they cannot put tips on a credit card. Then I asked her if she could take the tip off the gift card and charge more to my credit card to which she said no. Just had my first spring manicure, and Felicia did an amazing job, as always. Been going here for years, but am always delighted to see everyone and relax in the beautiful space they’ve created. I always leave happy and calm. By far one of our most treasured local shops.

If I could give this salon 10 stars, I would! Excellent service, professional staff and outstanding cleanliness. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and everyone is so welcoming. In this age of Covid-19, I have no worries because their attention to detail is outstanding. I go there for manicures and pedicures ( the best I've ever had) and what I love is being able to wash my hands after cuticle treatment & before polish. This full service salon is a gem!

I’ve been going to Esthetique for the last 5 years and receive the same amount of attention to detail as I did on my very first visit. Emily is absolutely amazing and the only person I see for waxes and facials. She takes her time to ensure every last hair is gone and always makes sure I’m comfortable during facials. Eileen is also wonderful and is who I see for dermaplaning. She is a perfectionist which I truly appreciate. Both ladies were very accommodating during my pregnancy, especially at the end when certain positions just didn’t work anymore! I recommend this spa to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed!

Rosemary is an amazing esthetician. Her facials leave my face feeling soft and my skin bright. I see her every 2 weeks for my lash extensions (won’t go anywhere else) and I throw in a facial once a quarter.. All the ladies working here are top notch as are the services. Highly recommend.
