Last month I went to get a wash, blow dry, and flat iron service from Estella. The initial service came out perfect but with great disappointment after washing my hair myself I come to see my hair is completely damaged. My hair has never been in a state so thin and unhealthy ever in my life. I’m truly heart broken. It’s literally breaking off in chucks every time I touch my hair. I had healthy tight 4c hair going into the salon and now my curl pattern is completely gone! My hair now has 3 distinct textures. It’s completely straight in the back, the left side is a very loose curl and the right side is a tighter loose curl. When flattening my hair Estella used 3 different heat protectants one in a silver bottle, orange bottle, and a white leche cream. I don’t know what was in those produc

Estela has commendable customer service! I came on for a wash and blow, there was some type of hair spray used at the end of my service that did not agree with my hair at all, it made my hair very stiff, almost like glue. I came back the next day and Estela took care of me right away with no hesitation, she was extremely kind and graceful and treated me wonderfully she also trimmed my hair, I tried to pay/tip for the trim since she was kind enough to redo my hair, but she insisted I did not need to pay even though I was more than willing to. I would highly recommend this salon as they go above and beyond to make things right and I respect how they handled it. I will be back soon. Thank you Estela, you’ve earned a loyal customer!

Where do I begin? The kindness and the care has just been great. It took maybe 20 minutes for my to get in a chair which wasn’t a problem for me considering I have no appointment . Estela took care of me the whole time & even cared enough to put a towel around my head while in the dryer to help me tolerate the heat. Her kind energy made me even more comfortable with her treating and touching my hair .For someone who’s tender headed she’s light handed. It was busy , but in a way I didn’t feel like I wasn’t taken care of & that my hair wasn’t going to get done . I’d recommend her to any and everyone .

love Estella’s work & she does a phenomenal job but this is the second time the total cost of my service was not communicated & they over charged me. I explained I don’t mind paying to pamper myself but if I asked for a $10 deep conditioner, while having my Botox done, why not explain that you cannot do the deep conditioner. Instead of explaining they gave me a $35 treatment on top of my service without explaining anything to me. Again love her work, but I am very dissatisfied because this was the second time lack of communication caused me to pay over than what I was expecting.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved my experience! Estela was amazing and completely nailed my haircut — I’m obsessed with the way she cut my hair. The salon was very professional, welcoming, and even took me in as a walk-in. The prices were super reasonable for the quality of service. I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and glowing. I will definitely be back!
