I’ve been a happy and faithful user of Estee’ Lauder perfume & makeup for 40 years & always look forward to we enjoy the Christmas special kits that come with so much for so little; HOWEVER, this year I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the eye pencils I got as they don’t sharpen very well & just don’t seem to up to the normal standard I’ve always experienced with Estee’ Lauder products and I’m quite concerned that they’re doing things to their products to make their cost less for the company while charging consumers more - not so sure I will be such a loyal customer anymore!!!

Love their products, from skin care to makeup. It makes a difference! There makeup is reliable & colors are classy yet modern. Their perfume collections are unique & outstanding especially the winter & night collection. While the summer collection is fresh, delicate & feminine. It holds for a long time on skin. There lotions are a bit expensive (worth to buy) and on sale they got promotions & gift samples with nice quality bags. The face foundation is very reliable & one can always go grande & flawless with Estée Lauder. I tried the eye & face serum for a month & my friends could feel the difference in within 3 weeks. I had a troubled, exhausted & dry skin (lack of sleep, stress etc.) but once I started using the serums my face was fresh & started to glow. I’ve been using Estée Lauder pro

Online shopping customer service is terrible. I purchased items that were not delivered. After contacting company numerous times, I decided to ask for refund. The products are good but for the money I expect quality service. There is none. Once they have your money they could care less about whether or not you receive anything from them.

Some perfumes were good and priced reasonable.

This is not the same Original Private Collection. It don't even last like the old one.
