I went in for a facial yesterday. Before booking my appointment (through Facebook), I specifically asked if extractions were included, and I was clearly told yes. The main reason I booked this facial was to remove impurities from my skin, as I’ve been experiencing a breakout. Deep extraction was my top priority. When I arrived, the staff was kind and welcoming. The esthetician gave me a relaxing session and performed three different cleansing steps. However, there were no proper extractions done during the facial. At one point, she mentioned she would bring out her extraction tools and instead applied what she described as a technology device.
