Essentials Day Spa of Fort Myers: Massage & Facials

I had a Groupon for a facial and massage. I enjoyed my massage. Jada did a nice job and had some good massage techniques that not all massage therapist know, like assisted stretching, crossfiber friction and vibration. It's a little pricey for me but good value with the Groupon.

Wow, wow, wow! Diana is one of (if not the best) massage therapists I’ve ever had. From the moment the session began, I could tell she truly knows what she’s doing. She is intuitive, attentive, and incredibly skilled at finding exactly where your body needs attention. Her pressure was perfect, her technique was seamless, and she created such a calm, comfortable environment. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably better physically. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, talented, and genuinely gifted at what she does, Diana is it. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I had my first visit at this spa and it was an amazing experience thanks to Diana. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She is extremely professional, attentive, and truly cares about her clients. She explained everything clearly, worked with so much detail, and made sure I was satisfied the entire time. The service was excellent and the place was clean, relaxing, and well organized. You can tell Diana loves what she does and takes pride in her work.

Absolutely amazing! I just had a 60-minutes relaxation massage with Rose. This was my first time at Essentials Day Spa and I am honestly more relaxed than I have been in years. I could literally feel the tension leaving my body. She paid special attention to make sure that it wasn’t hurting or there were tender spots. She asked if there were any areas that I did not want massaged. Everyone was friendly and asked if they could get me anything to drink, if I needed anything while I was there. It was very welcoming, very clean, and very professional. This was my first time there, but it definitely will not be my last.

My husband and I had the most relaxing couples massage with Elizabeth and Rosea and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel comfortable right away. Our therapists were incredibly skilled, attentive, and perfectly tailored the pressure to our preferences. We both left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and reconnected. It was the perfect way to unwind together, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable couples experience!
