Essential Nails Spa

This is the nail salon next to Bravo. Fast service, extremely sweet staff, and beautiful nails!

Walked in with no appointment, and they took me on the spot. I got a full set with gel polish. The place was pleasant, staff was accomodating and it was an overall enjoyable experience. The bill came out to $48 which was less than I was used to paying in NY so I was happy. I scheduled my next appointment on the spot.

They were extremely friendly and nice. The salon was clean and had a lot of choices for colors. However, it was very overpriced and my nails did not come out good at all. They are lumpy, raised, and they look grown out because no cuticles were pushed back. 3 stars instead of 1 because they were so nice, but I won’t be back.

Brought my mom in to have her nails done. The fee was $22.00. I gave the girl at the front $25.00 expecting to get my $3 in change. The girl walked back to the nail tech and gave her the cash. She stuck the $25 in her pocket and neither one of them mentioned the change. Normally I would have said something but I was more concerned with taking care of my mom. I had a $5 bill that I was going to give her but because they never offered the change they cheated themselves out of a bigger tip. Im done with this place. Next!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! THEY ARE SCAMMERS, DO A BAD JOB, AND ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. IT HURT ME, I BLEEDED, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A PRICE REDUCTION, THEY STARTED YELLING AT ME... DISRESPECTFUL
