The most unprofessional people. Workers will follow you around the store and are just rude in general. Asked the cashier if the lace spray was a good shade for me and she shot me the dirtiest look as if I just offended her by asking a simple question, and proceeded to ignore me. Would highly advise yall practice customer service. Also, hire experienced braiders who actually know how to do certain hairstyles (boho) instead of winging their way through it and expecting me to pay 150!

Went to buy my daughter a hair straightener. I was asked, "do you know why she wants to straighten her hair?" I replied no, and I don't want her to. But she's 14 and I want to get her the right straightener ... Sales person reply was "because ya'll have straight hair".... I guess if your opinion is so strong on ppl straighting their hair, why are you selling hair straighteners?
