My first time there and the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming and not friendly at all. Although I did purchase a couple of items I'll never go there again. I prefer to spend my money with a business that values my patronage. Staff definitely needs to be trained in customer service. "You can catch more flys with honey".

The staff was so helpful. This was my first time. They showed me where the large selection of beads were. They had the exact color and size I was looking for. Great prices! Highly recommend!! Will be using them often!!

Literally Best prices ever I go here and find everything I need and walk out not feeling ripped off for supplies needed I appreciate them being fair and not over pricing just because they can I’ve been going here for a few years and I always recommend customer service is amazing too I like they are always available and knowledgeable

There is so much to choose from. The clerk was friendly. When I go to any establishment all I want is for them to greet and Thank me for patronizing their business and I will do business with them again and again!

Came in today 4/05/2025 to wig shop this evening . I bought a cap at the counter to match my complexion. I went over to try them on and was uncomfortable immediately because one of the employees was doing too much hovering over my head staring directly at me like I was going to steal or something. I don't understand how they think they gonna sell any of those dusty as wigs over there treating customers like that. I will continue my support at Beauty Masters up the street where the employees give you space and and the wigs are better quality for the prices they were going to charge
