Esmeralda's Unisex Salon

Awesome place to get a haircut. Most of the barbers/stylists are Latin speaking but if you have a picture of the haircut you would like to get they will do a really good job. The barbers are patient and take their time with each client. Quality over Quantity.

I was really disappointed with my experience at the salon. My friend and I waited for over an hour, and when it was finally our turn, the barber told us that we needed to make an appointment. We were seated in front of them then also they asked us to wait for more two people. It would have been helpful if we were told that when we first arrived. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service in the future. Also not wanted to take services again.

Additionally, as non-native speakers of the language spoken at the salon, we felt ignored and disrespected by the staff. Barbers can't follow instructions. Left one side longer than the other and instead of fixing it when I brought it up he decided to give me an excuse about why he left it that way and never fixed it. Don't recommend you come here unless you're getting a very basic cut.

Muy mal servicio!!!! Casi 2 horas esperando para que después digan que va ir a comer y tenemos que esperar que vuelva y todavía iba a tomar a otros 2 primero que llagaron después que yo. Nada de profesional Really bad customer service we waited for over 2 hours for them to tell me that he was going to go eat and we had to wait until he was back from eating his food and before he wild take us he was going to take 2 other customers that showed up after I did. Very unprofessional
