Every manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had here has been wonderful, attention to detail, very kind, and the place is clean. All of the staff is so nice! I love that they have waxing, facials, and massage services as well! Yesterday I had a fruit pedicure, and it was so nice, nourishing, and my legs feel so good and smooth! Nickie really went above and beyond in providing a wonderful pedicure and waxing when I was there yesterday. So good that I think I’m going to book a massage and hair treatment with her as well! Thank you Escape! I will be back soon!

The smell was so strong of onion and garlic today in this nail salon. The place was almost empty. I was seated in a broken pedicure massage chair #8 in the corner. I was really looking forward to feeling the massage chair have some relief to my aching bones and I was really looking forward to being pampered with a manicure and a pedicure. No one attended to me at all no one even filled the water in the foot basin. I mentioned that the massage chair wasn't working well and they told me I could move to another seat as I got up the seat came up with me and it was just a board underneath. I decided to leave and as I was on my way out the door the hostess, the woman who is always been at hostess station fro t desk in the 12 or more years that this place has been around she usually just sits

This was such a disappointing experience. Perhaps if I had an appointment the service and experience would have been better—but honestly, I would have preferred being told that a pedicure wasn’t possible because they were so busy instead of waiting for an hour before someone came over and by that point, I was ready to go. I should have been more firm about how ridiculous this was (also a woman who came in after me got seen and started—maybe she had an appointment but it didn’t seem like it.). I wanted a gel pedicure and left with a half assed pedicure that hurt and was so shotty I cannot believe I was charged $40 for it. Would not recommend this at all—unless you maybe had an appointment.

Three weeks ago I had the worst nail experience of my life at this place. I usually don't go here but I was tired after work and this place was on the way home.. I went in for a routine gel builder fill and I was there for over 2.5 hours with an extremely inexperienced nail tech who cut me, got upset when I said it hurt and pushed my finger back aggressively to show me my nail and pushed my hand towards me. I recently got my nails redone by my usual girl and she showed me the extremely deep divots in my nails from the nail tech at escape spa. I now have to take a break from getting my nails done because of this place. I cried when I got into my car and my fingers hurt for over a week. Please do not go to this place. It's TERRIBLE. if I could give 0 stars I would
