Love this nail salon! My manicures last for over 2 weeks when I go here and they are always pleasant to talk to.

Staff were friendly. Good massage for hands and feet. Unfortunately, probably one of the worst looking pedicures I’ve had. Cuticles not trimmed well. Nail polish is sloppy. Can’t recommend.

My favorite since 2015!!! Been here more then enough times to know the staff is amazing! Hats off to Diana, Jackie, Steve and the amazing crew! I have read many reviews and it bothers me that being a woman in the customer service industry, sometimes you have to take the bitter with the sweet. Yes, they are busy, remember however they have to multitask to keep everyone happy. They do all this why trying to focus on the task at hand, which is you! If they have stop and run to the front door as soon as another customer comes in, guess what happens..accidents and mishaps. They are always busy but still greet from their seats, which I appreciate as I don't want to be interrupted while I am paying my hard earned dollars to be pampered. I’ve been here a few times, for a quick pedicure And they’re usually pretty good. This time I asked for gel polish and the guy did it while I was getting my pedicure and did a rush job and messed up the shape of my natural nails.

I believe in giving people chances - tried this place again to end up stressed and with migraines. This is the most expensive place in the area, yet, customer service is not top notch. To top this, today, a very hot day, no one offered any water, while I waited for over an hour, either. The white good looking man(??) who got a hair cut with the "hair saloon manager" did not have the same luck. He got a very special treatment!! (Flirt and all).
