I do not recommend this company or its products. The “custom” hair care items I received were comparable in quality to basic, low-grade shampoo and conditioner you would receive at a motel 6. Additionally, the customer service experience was disappointing. I contacted the company within a day of receiving my order to request a return and was informed that I would be responsible for covering return shipping costs. The return process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Overall, both the product quality and customer service fell far below expectations.

I’ve been a loyal eSalon client for over 5 years, and I absolutely love their products. The custom color is spot on—perfect for root touch-ups—and even my professional hairstylist is always amazed at how well it matches. I also use their toner, which keeps my color fresh and vibrant between applications. The convenience, cost savings, and quality are unbeatable. Great place for hair color and online ordering they also have online products that you shouldn’t miss I would recommend also for first time here check out Groupon you can’t go wrong !!!! At the new launch party we do hear from the stylists and the die hard colorists that the industry is changing and getting the word out is fine but I would recommend getting involved with fashion and music shows where the stars are going to you for their nature color products made especially for them and that’s what makes them feel special and you are special !! Just a thought!

Hands down the best way to get quality color at home. Easy instructions, two bottles for roots and ends, and tools to feel like a pro. I have very long hair and have always been scared to do it myself. I got it as a wedding party gift and loved it! I just ordered it again.

I hadn't colored my hair in over 10 years!!! I was really considering leaving it alone and just plucking the gray hairs that would randomly show up. I had heard about eSalon for a while, but still was indecisive. Finally, I decided to try it and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my customized hair color!! It is exactly what I was asking for. I was skeptical as first, but OMGeeee! It is perfect! A darker brown with a touch of mahogany. It's not drastic, but certainly gorgeous, noticeably lustrous, and it's EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! The instructions were specifically for my hair type and were very easy to understand and follow. My hair is curly and short (to my shoulders), AND I have a lot! The one bottle they sent me was more than enough! I had a lot left over. And the price is amazing; you cannot beat that!
