Epidermis

VERY rude female employee (looked West Indian or of Indian ethnicity) was outside on Sunday October 4th 2015 between 1-1:30pm. She was offering samples for Obey Your Body products. I tried telling her I was in a rush but decided to see what she was offering since she was so incredibly persistent. She kept making remarks about my attire that I could tell were not true compliments. Then as she tested a product on my arm she made a rude remark saying that it looked like I didn't take a shower and when I protested she even said don't lie. That was behavior unbecoming of a sales person in what appeared to be a high end establishment. I promptly told her off and left. I will call the place and make a formal complaint with the management.

Exceptionally aggressive street salespeople at their Chelsea location - will get in your face and call out after you as you walk down the street. Sometimes three will swarm at once. Do not walk past this store - cross the street.

Epidermis was a great experience for us! We got great care from the crew, the facial treatment was good (that is what my wife said). We will surly visit again on our next NY trip!

This review is for Lexington Avenue location. Omg! The facial was AMAZING! The Esthetician is so knowledgeable and sweet. I started using the collagen cream/serum and exfoliating gel and such a difference in my complexion. Def worth a visit :)

Rip offs. Rep worker there by the name of Sky. She will rip you off if you give her a second of your time. Store was empty. Claims on products unfounded. Not as good as she claimed.
