Epic Nails and Spa

My pedicure was painful she , was rough. She didn't cut my toe nails down , I left with long toe nails and had to go to another nail salon to repolish my toes and trim them down. I was wondering why I was the only one in the nail salon the whole time. The whole time she did my pedicure not one customer came in 🤷. I will never go back again

The owner of this shop can't be trusted. My husband and I purchased her Groupon to get pedicures after he asked her if she had the time to honor them, it was 6:30pm. She said yes. She takes him first and tells me to sit down. I needed a break from the fumes so I stepped out for a while. When I come back in she asks what kind of pedicure and I asked if an option fell within the Groupon rules....then she proceeds to tell me she isn't accepting Groupon through the rest of the year and says she told my husband that. She lied in our face and I told her if that was the case why on earth did you say something different and why were we able to purchase the Groupon 5 minutes before walking in? She wanted full price and changed her mind after she did my husband's pedicure and wanted us to just accep

I have never in all my years going to salons to have my nails done have I ever had such a horrible experience. And they had the audacity to rush me out because I was the last customer after I called and made an appointment. The lady said to me when I was making sure to dry my nails properly because the nail polish was so thick that they don’t do regular manicure/pedicure after a certain time. Why was this not mentioned when I made the appointment? Very dissatisfied waste of hard earn money. I don’t even feel like I want to have persons doing this procedure on me, I feel like doing it myself. Epic nails and spa. There’s nothing epic about that place.

Place is dirty, the ceiling has brown spots all over it and the seats are all ripped and dirty. Prep-work was rushed compared to my friends nails (which were beautiful). She buffed the nails very hard to where it was burning, and I even flinched back multiple times & she kept going. My natural nails were thinned down to where they are bendy. Both of my pinky nails are curved upwards, as well as my middle finger on the left hand is also curved upwards. Not even straight flat, they go up. Just see photos. My left hand is longer than my right hand & all of the shapes are different. They weren't compared to the other hand even once during the appointment to make sure the nails were even. There's no apex on any of my nails (I didn't ask for flat nails). Again, this was just my experience,

Let me start by sayings it’s not the price that turnt me off it was the attitude and lack of attention to detail on my full set. My nail tech who I assume to be the owner was a bit aggressive when I asked questions and made comments about the nail services. I got a bit uncomfortable but decided to stay anyway but I’m not happy with the work it was rushed even though she made comments about having done nails for 14 years. My nails were not properly shaped coffin style, buffing and filing were barely done and the nail polish seems water down. Also when she put the processor on my nail she did it twice and it really burnt when I said something I feel like she brushed it off and was insensitive to my pain blaming me in the end when I didn’t like the shape.
