Envy Nails & Spa

Extremely disappointed in the service I received today…. I came in, asked to have my acrylics soaked off and for a fresh set of dip, all of which was done but it was the manner of which it was done. My nail tech rushed my entire service… she soaked my nails for 5 minutes in acetone and then proceeded to dig her nails under my acrylics and rip them off, my nails looked completely mutilated after she was finished removing them. Afterwards it took her all but 30 minutes to dip every single one of my nails, left top coat all over my fingers, nails filed unevenly, and several fingers were beveled in. Overall, i just wish she would’ve been more gentle and thorough.

Love going to see Amy for my nails at Envy! They are an awesome team and are so kind. I broke my nail (my fault) and went in as I was on my way out of town. They fixed it and made it feel so much better! Amy is always great with communicating about appointments.

if i could give negative stars i would. my daughter went in, and came out with HORRIBLE nails. called for a refund and they refused. they allowed her to walk out crying. worst customer service.

Before coming to Envy Nails, I had had nothing but terrible experiences since moving here. But Amy at Envy Nails saved the day! She did an EXCELLENT job on my nails. She was fast and still careful. She listened to what I wanted and delivered! My nails are EXACTLY what I wanted! I won't go anywhere else! Thank you, Amy!
