I’m not someone who slows down often for self care but a low back injury late in 2024 stopped me in my tracks. Stretch with Amy has been a huge part of my healing and getting back on my feet. I’m not naturally flexible which is probably what lead to my injury in the first place. Amy has helped movement return to my hips and glutes which in turn has allowed my back to relax and let go of the pain. I am super thankful!
