I am terribly disappointed with my nails paid $50 bucks for a full set and tipped $10 bucks only to have my nails pop off within days. I have been going to them for years and decided to see a new nail tech, because I always love to support new fellow Latina and black artists because I’m mixed myself, and while the woman was very nice she did such a crapy job. I’m really pissed. My advise go to the non-speaking English girls they do a bomb job. The black girl with the long hair is nice, but she is really terrible at doing nails. I’m so pissed not even a week and 4 nails popped off!

Terrible terrible terrible job 😩 I’m pissed I paid $57 avoid they don’t know not even 1 English word here only one person speaks English and she barely has comprehension skills nor do they know how to do nails!!!! The lady disinfected the cuticle cutter with only alcohol and someone’s left over cuticles was still in it I told her she just wiped it off and spray more alcohol. She used lotion as soap I explained it no suds that’s lotion she looked at me like I’m stupid. Please I understand everyone needs a job but u are in America working with Americans learn English atleast just to get your job done adequately or find a job where u only have to speak Spanish beauty isn’t the trade for it! Maybe Spanish speaking customer service rep cause y’all know y’all don’t know what the hell y’all doing

Rosy did my gel manicure and pedicure and she did an amazing job. She takes her time with making sure everything is perfect!

three weeks since I have seen a nail salon and I am in water and doing things with my nails. No cracking no lifting ... will b there soon soon
