I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. During my appointment, the nail technician said she could not do the nail shape I requested because of my nail bed, which was not explained before the service started. While working on my nails, the spray she was using stopped working as soon as she began using it on me. She stated that the bottle had been working before and implied that the issue occurred only when she started using it on my nails. Instead of resolving the issue, she stopped working on my nails altogether. Because it was late, I asked to speak with the manager to see if I could come back the next day for someone else to fix my nails. I recently moved to the area from NJ and was looking for a place to have regular manicures, pedicures, and eye brow waxing. The only reason this salon is receiving a 1 star is because the woman (manger) who did my manicure was very welcoming and attentive. My pedicure was horrible. The woman barely acknowledged me. When I did ask her a couple of questions she was almost rolling her eyes at me. She spent the whole time sitting next to another technician talking loudly in Spanish. It didn’t bother me that she was speaking another language, but it was impossible to relax with the constant chatter.. She took several breaks during my service to vape and check her cell phone. I love this salon! Emily is amazing ! It’s very welcoming and hospitable and the quality and product is amazing ! I recommend everyone should come in ! And the prices are great too!

This time there was a different girl that did them. But she did just as wonderful of a job as you could ask for. And kept it so comfortable I fell asleep while she was doing them along with my pedicure. Another great experience at Envy Nail Spa thank you ladies

I got a gel pedicure and manicure at Envy Nails in hopes of finding a new nail salon to go to, and was very disappointed at the service received. The two women who did my services were not licensed, did not use sanitized tools, and the woman who did my gel manicure (I think her name was Tovi or something) took two hours for a plain color gel manicure, was on her phone scrolling social media or texting half the time, ground my nails to be paper thin and brittle, did not shape my nails the way I had asked (I asked for almond and she continuously shaped my nails to stiletto even after I stopped her several times and showed her a reference photo for the shape).
