Envy Nail Spa

I came in yesterday (11/8/24) to have dipped nails filled and french done again, the man that did my nails kept filling them with the electric nail file even though I repeatedly asked him why and he kept saying it's ok until he cut me. He apologized but kept doing it till I demanded he stop as it was burning my nail as he had filled so much and it was hurting. He finally finished and my nails and cut hurting I paid and left, all I wanted was to get out of their. As you can see from photos he did a terrible job and even after I showed him a photo of what I wanted and it's not even close, close to picture my nails look white not pink french with white tip. I will not be returning and looking for a better nails salon. **Now my thumb nail already cracked and splitting within 24 hours ! A comp

Horrible and aggressive service. My nails were not even and the owner was extremely unpleasant due to being busy. She and her daughter were aggressive in their tone and every staff seemed timid and scared to make conversations. I gave them a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it and could not. The owner started drilling my nails and cutting them down with the drilling, I was furious. They she tried to justify it with some design and tip getting water in it. I didn't why she didn't ask my permission. I wasn't asked what shape, so I said I want coffin and she caught an attitude. My nails were uneven, left hand did not match my right hand. AMAZING. i have been coming here since i moved, i was nervous about coming to a new salon but im so glad i did. they are so quick getting you in and ready. the space is so clean and so welcoming. i have never gotten anything done here i dont like. i 100/10 recommend coming here !!

got my nails done by Jack!!! he was so amazing and helped me choose my style and color!!! the staff was amazing and so friendly!! i definitely will be coming back. this is my new favorite place
