Friendly store. I went to try on a wig. They don't do try ons! How does know whether a wig fits or looks good on you? (This is the beginning journey for me in wearing wigs.) I asked the price and decided to purchase based on the wig's look on the mankin head. Then I spent the evening trying to adjust to the wig and it's style. The cap is too big, so I used the hook tabs to tighten it, which helped. The ear tabs are so far apart that to wear the wig next to my head's crown, I have to pull it over my ears! (I know this is not the correct way to wear a wig.) The fullness is way more than I'm comfortable with and the color is way darker than I intended it to be. Unfortunately the receipt says 'All Sales are Final' so I'm stuck with a wig that doesn't work for me and im oit the pircha

I don’t care what anyone says DONT BUY THESE!!! I grabbed some 2.99 lashes and the cashier unsold on me. Telling me how people like the Envy brand but the envy brand is 9.99 and falling completely apart. I didn’t even get the lash completely out and it broke all the way apart. I am beyond disappointed and I’m pretty upset because how I do my hair and brows and I can’t have my lashes cause people acting like their product is so good. When it’s not. AND THENNNN COME TO FIND OUT THEY ARE CHANGING THE PRICES FROM 8.99 to 9.99 like people won’t see it. So they out here selling messed up lashes , knowingly. And because they can’t sell they marked it up a dollar. So I paid 10 bucks for a product that doesn’t even work . Thanks.

The best experience I have ever had in a hair store. The staff were helpful and above all pleasant. They are genuinely good people and appreciate their customers, you will feel valued shopping here. The prices are literally the most reasonable I have ever seen in a hair store. I will gladly support this business every chance I get.
