Affiliates In Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I was referred to Oral & Surgeon Before by my dentist for my teeth to be Extraction. My Mother told me about Dr Conley, She loved him. Dr. Conley went over every step of the procedure He patiently addressed all of my questions and left me feeling completely comfortable with my decision including my local anesthesia, That I had no issues with. I had such a positive experience with every member of this practice, from the ease of scheduling my appointments, to the amazing care team. I highly recommend this practice, and especially Dr. Conley, to anyone who needs dental work. Thank so much I sure will use Him and staff in my future.

Dr McDaniel was probably the best dental Doctor I have ever had work on my teeth. He listened to my concerns and made my experience as painless and comfortable as humanely possible. I would certainly recommend this practice as I recently had some oral surgery done. The oral surgeon and his assistant were very receptive to my questions regarding the procedure. A very positive experience.

My surgery went well and they did a great job. HOWEVER: I was referred by my regular dentist. Prior to my consultation, I provided my insurance card. At my consultation, I provided it again. My surgery was scheduled for a few weeks later. At no point during any of this did they mention that they didn't even accept my insurance and were, in fact, out of network. So, I get my EOB from Cigna, denied across the board. Now, I have to pay nearly $3,000 out of pocket because they couldn't be bothered to mention that they weren't part of my network. Pretty frustrating.
